Let's work together
Frequently asked questions
Getting started is simple. You can reach out to schedule a FREE consultation call, where we can briefly talk about what you’re looking for and see if working together feels like a good fit.
Yes, I accept select insurance plans. If I’m out-of-network with your insurance, I’m happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Many plans offer partial reimbursement for out-of-network therapy, so it’s a good idea to check with your provider about your benefits.
I offer therapy in English, Spanish, and “Spanglish.” Many clients naturally move between languages when expressing themselves, and you are welcome to speak in whichever language or mix of languages feels most comfortable and authentic for you.
My work is trauma-informed, and I often support clients working through trauma, emotional regulation challenges, and relationship or attachment concerns. I also participate in ongoing training and professional consultation to continue deepening my skills in trauma-informed approaches.
Yes. With your permission, I can coordinate care with psychiatrists, primary care providers, schools, or other professionals involved in your care. This can help ensure you’re receiving well-rounded support. Extended case coordination outside of session time may involve an additional fee.
I understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments may be charged the full session fee.
Most therapy sessions are about 50 minutes long, unless we’ve arranged something different.
